Board-certified dermatologist Terri Morris, a Maryland native, received her baccalaureate and doctoral degrees in Microbiology before entering The George Washington University School of Medicine in 1982. Dr. Morris completed her residency in dermatology at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas in 1992. Dr. Morris completed her military service as a staff dermatologist at Evans Army Community Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
She then practiced medical and surgical dermatology with a multi-specialty group in Garden City, Kansas before moving to Fredericksburg in 1998. Dr. Morris’ practice now includes medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. The Dermatology Center owns ten state of the art lasers to treat a wide range of medical and cosmetic conditions.
Dr. Morris is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery. She has been a speaker for one of the most respected laser companies in the United States.
Michael received his degree from the Military Inter-Service Physician Assistant Program and has been a Certified Physician Assistant for the past 10 years, retiring from the U.S. Navy with 32 years of service. Michael is certified by the National Committee of Certification of Physician Assistants and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).
Michael is married with 2 children and in his spare time he is an avid woodworker and golfer.
Jennifer Krushinski is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner specializing in medical dermatology. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Boston College, and her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Maryland. She is a member of the Dermatology Nurses’ Association and a previous member of Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing. She began her career as a nurse practitioner specializing in Dermatology in 2006 practicing in Baltimore, Maryland.
She relocated to the Fredericksburg area and joined The Dermatology Center in September, 2013.
Sandy Pickard received her Medical Assistant training at The Kansas City Business College in Kansas City, MO. She has over 20 years of medical experience. Since being hired by The Dermatology Center in 2002 she has worked directly with Dr. Morris and is trained in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Sandy has attended many continuing education courses, seminars and laser workshops. She participated in the ASLMS Laser Aesthetic Course at the Beckman Laser Institute in Irvine, CA where she had the opportunity to meet with the leading physicians in the laser industry and developers of laser technology. Sandy is the cosmetic consultant in the MedSpa at The Dermatology Center and specializes in Coolsculpting, laser hair reduction, Picosure Tattoo removal and facial rejuvenation, photo-rejuvenation, acne treatments, laser resurfacing, DermaSweep microdermabrasion system and chemical peels.
